A.R.E.M. Corporation was founded in 1997 and is licensed by New York State as a full service Real Estate Brokerage and Management company.

Our experience comes from more than fifteen years work in the Real Estate, Management and Development fields, giving us unique knowledge of building structures and systems as well as day to day operations.

We believe in preventative maintenance and taking care of problems as soon as possible. Safety and well being of residents and property is our first priority.  


As your Managing Agent, we will work to achieve the best performance from all vendors, best possible prices, supervise all work and always keep the Board of Directors fully informed on all aspects of operations.
